In addition to our easy returns and instant exchanges, we also offer a Try Before You Buy service on all full-priced items, allowing you to experience each piece in the comfort of your own home before making your final decision.

How it Works
1. Add to Cart
Select the Try Before You Buy button under the add to cart button on the product page when adding up to 3 items to your cart.
2. Payment Hold
When you checkout we'll reserve the order total on your card, creating a pending transaction, however you won't be charged.
3. Try at Home
Once your order arrives, you’ll have 3 days to try everything on.
4. Complete Your Order
We’ll email and text you a link to your Customer Portal. From there, confirm which item(s) you’re keeping.
5. Return or keep your items
If you need to make a return, we’ll send you a prepaid label to download. Please post your item(s) within 3 days of receiving your order.
If any items are kept, there will be no restocking fee. If all items are returned, there will be a $15 restocking fee.

Yes, you can use a discount code, but it must be applied at the time of the initial order. Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your order details. The discount will be reflected in the final amount you pay for any items you decide to keep.
When you use the Home Try-On service, you will be asked to provide payment details at checkout. We will then authorize your credit card for the order amount to ensure the payment method is valid. This is not a charge, and no funds will be taken from your account at this stage. The authorization simply holds the potential total cost of the order until you decide which items you want to keep. The charge will appear as pending in your account, but not paid.
You will only be charged for the items you choose to keep after finalising your order through the Customer Portal.
The Restocking fee is a $15 charge that applies only if you decide to return all items from your order. This fee covers the cost of the service, including shipping, handling, and processing of returns. It is only charged if no items from the order are kept. This fee ensures that we can continue to offer our customers the flexibility to try products at home before committing to a purchase.

Try Before You Buy orders must be completed in the Try with Mirra Customer Portal. You will be able to confirm which items you wish to purchase, and request a return if needed. You will be prompted via emails and SMS to complete your order within the given time frame.
