Thank you for shopping at OnceWas & we hope you love your new purchase for many seasons to come. If you find something isn’t quite right, we are happy to offer a return following our below returns policy:

  • Full priced items are eligible for an online store credit or full refund* via your original payment method.
  • All sale items & purchases made with loyalty points, gift vouchers or discount codes greater than $20 off are not eligible for refund & can only be returned for an online store credit.
  • *Please note that Afterpay purchases are not eligible for refund & can only be returned for an online store credit.

Online store credits are valid for 1 year from date of issue.

Returns will be accepted within 14 business days from purchase for Australian customers & 21 business days for international customers. Returns after this period will not be accepted.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

    • Items are in original condition
    • Have not been worn, washed, altered or damaged
    • Have all original tags and stickers attached

    Please note: all shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer.

      HOW TO RETURN ONLINE PURCHASES

      Please contact us via our online contact form to request a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number)

      • Please provide your original order number.
      • Please provide the reason for your return and if you require a store credit or a refund.
      • Once we send you the RA number, please fill out the returns form included in your parcel. Please include the form with the items being returned.
      • Please send the items back to our returns address within 2 business days of the RA being issued. Any returns received after this period will not be accepted.
      • Items returned without an RA # will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

        FAULTY ITEMS

        We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards in quality & all our garments are thoroughly checked prior to dispatched. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, we will gladly repair the item & if the fault is irreparable, we will replace or refund if a replacement is unavailable, at no cost to the customer.
