ONLINE RETURNS

Thank you for shopping at OnceWas & we hope you love your new purchase for many seasons to come. If you find something isn’t quite right, we are happy to offer a return following our below returns policy:

  • Full priced items are eligible for a full refundvia your original payment method.
  • All sale items & purchases made with loyalty discounts, gift vouchers, Wheelspin discounts or any other discount code greater than $20 off are not eligible for refund & can only be returned for an online store credit.
  • Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty
  • *Please note that Afterpay & Klarna purchases are not eligible for refund & can only be returned for an online store credit.

Online store credits are valid for 1 year from date of issue.

Returns will be accepted within 14 business days from dispatch date for Australian customers & 21 business days for international customers. Returns after this period will not be accepted.

 

 

 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

    • Items are in original condition
    • Have not been worn, washed, altered or damaged
    • Have all original tags and stickers attached

    HOW TO RETURN ONLINE PURCHASES

      1. Simply head to our online Return Portal here and follow the steps to request a return.
      2. If your return request is accepted we will email the returns address.
      3. Please post the items back to our returns address within 2 business days of the returns shipping label being issued. Any returns sent after this period will not be accepted. Please note: all shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer.
      4. Our warehouse team will process your return within 2 business days of receiving the returned package and you will receive an email notification once processed.

     

    • Items returned without going through our returns portal will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
    • If your return does not meet our Return Policy you will be contacted by our Customer Care team.

     

    EXCHANGES

    As we have very limited quantities we are not able to offer direct exchanges and instead encourage you to place a new order for your desired item and return the original item for refund or credit note. If you are re-purchasing the same style and used a discount code on your original order, we would be happy to price match it. Please email hello@oncewas.com.au to request a re-use of the discount code.

     

      FAULTY ITEMS

      We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards in quality & all our garments are thoroughly checked prior to dispatched. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, we will gladly repair the item & if the fault is irreparable, we will replace or refund if a replacement is unavailable, at no cost to you.

      Should you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us immediately using our online contact form.

       

      IN-STORE STYLING STUDIO RETURNS

      First, if you need to consider refunds & returns you likely purchased a product from us. Which means we owe you a thank you. Nothing makes us happier than creating a community of happy OnceWas customers.

      That said, when purchasing in person from our styling studio head office, please carefully consider your items before buying as change-of-mind returns are not accepted for in-store purchases. We promise to do our very best to help you find an amazing product that you will love and wear for years to come.
