Your $300 credit can be redeemed on our online store www.oncewas.com.au or in our Hawthorn East Styling Studio and is valid for 12 months from the date you purchase your Membership. Items purchased online using this credit can be exchanged or returned for a credit note. No refunds will apply on items purchased using the $300 credit and items purchased in store cannot be returned or exchanged.

$300 Credit cannot be used in conjunction with loyalty rewards, any other offer, sale or to purchase Memberships.

After purchasing your Membership, click on the Loyalty Rewards tab at the bottom of the screen to create an account if you do not already have one.

Simply click the Loyalty Rewards tab located at the bottom left of your screen to open the loyalty widget. If you have shopped online with us before and created a password, click Sign In. If you haven’t created an account yet, click Create Your Loyalty Account.

Once you have created an account or logged in, click the Loyalty Rewards tab at the bottom of your screen to view your points balance.

Sign in to your account by clicking the Loyalty Rewards tab and ensuring you are logged in. From here, click Ways to Redeem to view a list of rewards available to unlock. Once you select the reward you wish to unlock, a unique code will appear. You can copy and paste this code into the checkout or click Apply Code to automatically apply it. This unique code will also be emailed to you.

Your rewards expire six months after being unlocked. If you unlock a reward but choose not to use it immediately, you can find it saved beneath your society credits in the widget and use it at a later date.

Our stockists operate as independent businesses. As a result, any purchases made directly through them cannot be added to your account. Only purchases made directly with us can be linked to your account history.

If you return an order for refund that used a reward, the points redeemed for that reward will not be refunded. Please feel free to reach out to our customer care team if you have any questions or need assistance with your points balance.

Loyalty rewards are only valid on full-priced items and cannot be used on sale items or in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.

The good news is that as a Society Member, you will receive an extra 10% off sale items and you will have exclusive VIP access to private sales and promotions not available to the public.

Multiple rewards cannot be combined in a single transaction, but you can combine your rewards with your free shipping benefits.

In addition to earning credits while you shop, you can earn rewards points by following us on Instagram or Facebook, sharing us on Facebook and by leaving product reviews. All these activities help you accumulate credits for more rewards and benefits.

No, there are no limits on how many credits you can earn. You can continue to accumulate credits through various activities, such as making purchases, following us on social media, sharing posts, leaving reviews, and more.

Your rewards points will expire if there is no activity on your account after 12 months.

Your Membership will automatically renew after 12 months to ensure that your rewards points stay current. If you decide not to renew your membership, your rewards points will expire 12 months after the last activity on your account.

Annual OW Society Membership is $200. Your Membership will automatically renew after 12 months at which time you will earn another $300 credit!

If you change your mind within 7 days of purchasing your Membership, simply email us at hello@oncewas.com.au and we will refund your $200 Membership in full if the $300 credit has not been redeemed.
You can cancel your Membership at any time before the next auto renewal although your Membership fee will not be refunded after 7 days from purchase or if the $300 credit has been used.
