- Your Instant $300 Credit – We’ll email your credit code immediately. You have 12 months to use the credit online or in our Hawthorn East Studio.
- Renew & Repeat – Each year your membership renews at $200 and you receive another $300 credit. Cancel any time before renewal if it’s not for you.
- Renewal notice – We will email and text you reminders 2 weeks before your annual renewal so there are no surprises.

OW SOCIETY FAQS
Once you purchase your Membership here, you will instantly be emailed the code to access your $300 credit.
Your $300 credit can be redeemed on our online store www.oncewas.com.au or in our Hawthorn East Styling Studio and is valid for 12 months from the date you purchase your Membership. Items purchased online using this credit can be exchanged or returned for a credit note. No refunds will apply on items purchased using the $300 credit and items purchased in store cannot be returned or exchanged. If you use your $300 credit on an order with multiple items and need to return some items for a refund, please contact us at hello@oncewas.com.au and we will arrange a manual refund.
$300 Credit cannot be used in conjunction with loyalty rewards, any other offer, sale or to purchase Memberships.
After making your purchase, simply email us at hello@oncewas.com.au and we will happily issue you a credit for the balance.
Annual OW Society Membership is $200. Your Membership will automatically renew after 12 months at which time you will earn another $300 credit!
If you change your mind within 7 days of purchasing your Membership, simply email us at hello@oncewas.com.au and we will refund your $200 Membership in full if the $300 credit has not been redeemed.
You can cancel your Membership at any time before the next auto renewal although your Membership fee will not be refunded after 7 days from purchase or if the $300 credit has been used.
