How to unlock your rewards

Simply click the black tab 'REWARDS' located at the bottom left of our website to bring up our loyalty widget. If you have shopped online with us before and have created a password select Sign In. If you have not yet created an account select Join Now.
Once you have created an account/ logged in click the black tab 'Rewards' to see your points balance. The tab is located at the bottom left of our website.
Sign into your account by clicking the black tab 'REWARDS' and make sure you are logged in. Here you will see 'Ways to Redeem' click here and a list of your available rewards to unlock will be shown to you. Once you select the reward you would like to unlock a code will appear which you can copy and paste into the checkout or select apply code and this will automatically do it for you. This unique code will also be emailed to you.
Your rewards expire within 6 months once you unlock them. If you unlock a reward and decide to not use it right away, you can find it underneath your society credits on the widget and can use this at a later date.
Our stockists operate as independent businesses. As a result, any purchases made directly through them cannot be added to your account. Only purchases made directly with us can be linked to your account history
If you return an order that you used a reward on, the points redeemed for that reward will not be refunded. please feel free to reach out to our customer care team if you have any questions or need assistance with your points balance.
Please note the Free Shipping options are currently only eligible for our Australian Customers. We hope to extend this out in the near future.
Please keep an eye on your emails if you are in one of our higher tier as we will be sending out individual codes for you to use on your future orders shortly.
No you cannot use a reward/discount codes in conjunction with a sale discount. All rewards must be used on full priced items only.
THE FINE PRINT
All society points will expire from 12 months of purchase date if no future orders placed within that time. You will drop down a Tier if you do not reach the minimum spend in that 12 month timeframe. To ensure you society credits do not expire you will need to spend or earn (place an order) your society credits. Please email hello@oncewas.com.au for more information.
