SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All orders before 1pm will be dispatched on the same business day.
Orders after 1pm will be dispatched the next business day.
- Free Standard Shipping is offered on all domestic orders over $300 and will be offered at checkout
- Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 Standard Post per order on all domestic orders under $300
- Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $15.
- Same Day Delivery is offered for our Melbourne customers* at an additional cost depending on your location. This will be shown at checkout if it is available to you.
DOMESTIC STANDARD SHIPPING:
METRO AREAS:
Standard shipping will be sent by a courier service Australia Post. The transit time is 1-3 days.
If you want your package delivered to a PO box or Parcel Locker then your order will be shipped by Australia Post which can take 1 - 4 business days. To see the anticipated delivery service for your location, please click here
RURAL AREAS:
Standard shipping will be sent by Australia Post. The transit time is 4-6 days depending on your location. To see the anticipated delivery service for your location, please click here
By default all packages will be set for ‘Authority to Leave’ or ATL. This means the driver will leave your package in a place they deem safe. If there is nowhere secure to leave your package, then the driver will leave a card and your package will be taken to the closest Australia Post collection point
DOMESTIC EXPRESS SHIPPING:
METRO & RURAL AREAS:
All domestic express parcels are shipped by Australia Post. The package will be received within 1 -3 business days depending on your state. To see the current anticipated express delivery service for your location, please click here
CLICK & COLLECT:
Click & Collect is a complimentary service that allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from our head office located in Hawthorn East VIC. Simply select 'local pick-up' at the checkout when you are prompted to select a shipping method. Your order will be ready within 2-4 business days of your purchase and an email will be sent with the pick-up location details. You can then come past to collect your package at your earliest convenience. Pick-ups are available between 10am - 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
SAME-DAY DELIVERY:
In partnership with Rendr, we offer Same Day Delivery for customers within a 50km radius of our head office in Hawthorn East, Victoria - Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders must be placed by 11:30am for Same Day Delivery by 6pm. If an order is placed after 11:30am, it will be scheduled for delivery by 6pm the following business day.
- The customer must be available to collect their parcel when the courier arrives. In the case of a missed delivery, the customer will bear the cost of re-delivery.Delivery costs for this service start at AUD$18 and are subject to your postcode. Your total, including your delivery fee, is calculated at checkout based on distance from our head office in Hawthorn East.
- If same-day delivery is available to your postcode, the option will display at checkout.
- Place your order by 11:30am AEDT to enjoy same-day delivery. Same-day delivery orders placed before 11:30am will be delivered by 6pm the same day. Orders placed after 11:30am will be dispatched on the following business day from 9am onwards.
- Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email and you will be sent updates via text to follow the journey of your parcel.
- Same-day delivery is only available Monday to Friday. It is not available on weekends or public holidays. Any orders placed outside of our aforementioned business operating days will be dispatched the following business day from 9am onwards.
- We are unable to cancel a same-day delivery once this has been placed.
