Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

This gift card can be redeemed only on our online store www.oncewas.com.au and is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase

Once you purchase a gift card you will be emailed the code immediately. If buying for someone else you can then forward that email to someone special

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All orders placed by 1pm, Monday - Friday will be shipped that day. Orders placed after 1pm will be posted out the following business day.

Free Standard Shipping is offered to all domestic orders over $300 and will be applied at checkout.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 Standard Post per order on all domestic orders under $300.
Need it ASAP? Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $15

At OnceWas, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Full priced returns will be accepted within 14 business days from postage date. Returns after this period will not be accepted.

Please note we do not offer refunds on discounted orders and any order processed with Afterpay or Klarna.

Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for a return or exchange (unless faulty)
