Since then, so much has changed for us at OnceWas. We’ve worked hard to improve our carbon footprint and streamline our processes to minimize waste, expanded our team, broadened our sizing, and added more stockists across Australia and New Zealand. Most importantly, we’ve seen our wonderful community grow, and we couldn’t be prouder of how far we’ve come together.
With all these exciting changes, and as a heartfelt thank-you for your loyalty, we’ve updated our loyalty program to make it even easier for you to earn rewards and enjoy exclusive benefits. We’ve listened to your feedback and revamped the loyalty program to offer more opportunities to earn points and unlock rewards. Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Easier Points Earning: We’ve streamlined the process, making it simpler to accumulate points with every purchase. The more you shop, the more rewards you’ll earn!
  • Exclusive Member Access: Loyalty members will receive first access to all our collections before the public, as well as first access to all sales!
  • VIP Events: We host a range of exclusive events, from private shopping experiences to collection previews. These events offer a sneak peek at upcoming collections and a chance to enjoy OnceWas in a more intimate, personalized setting.
  • Vouchers & Discounts: You can redeem your points for vouchers, which can be used to save on your favorite OnceWas pieces. Plus, keep an eye out for special discount codes and offers exclusive to loyalty members.

  2. Silver Tier
    At this level, you’ll enjoy exclusive discounts and vouchers you can redeem toward future purchases + free standard delivery (no minimum order). Plus, Silver members receive access to limited-time offers, giving you more ways to save on your favourite pieces.

  3. Gold Tier – Exclusive Experiences Await
    Gold members are treated to a heightened experience, including early access to our newest collections before they’re available to the public, along with exclusive sale previews. This tier offers more substantial vouchers and discounts, allowing you to enjoy OnceWas pieces with additional savings + free standard delivery (no minimum) or free express shipping (orders over $200).

  4. Platinum Tier – The Ultimate VIP Experience
    Our highest tier offers a truly elevated experience! Platinum members have access to all the benefits from the previous levels, free express shipping (no minimum) plus invitations to private events, such as collection previews and VIP shopping nights with our design team. As a Platinum member, you’re also entered into exciting giveaways, where lucky winners are flown in for special events, including fashion showcases, meet-and-greets with our founder, Belinda, and unique brand experiences designed just for you.
