Simply click the black Rewards tab located at the bottom left of our website to open our loyalty widget. If you have shopped online with us before and created a password, click Sign In. If you haven’t created an account yet, click Join Now.

Once you have created an account or logged in, click the black Rewards tab at the bottom left of our website to view your points balance.

Sign in to your account by clicking the black Rewards tab and ensuring you are logged in. From here, click Ways to Redeem to view a list of rewards available to unlock. Once you select the reward you wish to unlock, a unique code will appear. You can copy and paste this code into the checkout or click Apply Code to automatically apply it. This unique code will also be emailed to you.

Your rewards expire six months after being unlocked. If you unlock a reward but choose not to use it immediately, you can find it saved beneath your society credits in the widget and use it at a later date.

Our stockists operate as independent businesses. As a result, any purchases made directly through them cannot be added to your account. Only purchases made directly with us can be linked to your account history.

If you return an order that used a reward, the points redeemed for that reward will not be refunded. Please feel free to reach out to our customer care team if you have any questions or need assistance with your points balance.

Please keep an eye on your emails if you are in one of our higher tiers, as we will be sending out individual codes for you to use on future orders shortly.

Please note that the free shipping option is currently only available to our Australian customers, but we hope to extend this in the near future.

Loyalty rewards are only valid on full-priced items and cannot be used on sale items or in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.

You can earn extra credits by following us on social media, either on Instagram or Facebook, and by sharing us on Facebook. You can also earn credits by leaving a product review and creating an account with us. These activities help you accumulate credits that can be redeemed for rewards.

No, there are no limits on how many credits you can earn. You can continue to accumulate credits through various activities, such as making purchases, following us on social media, sharing posts, leaving reviews, and more.

The Refer & Receive incentive rewards you for sharing your favourite styles with friends! Simply share your unique referral code (found in your loyalty widget). When your friends use it to make their first purchase, you’ll receive an exclusive discount code as a thank-you. It’s a great way to treat yourself while introducing others to the beautiful OW community.
