SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All orders placed by 1pm, Monday - Friday will be shipped that day. Orders placed after 1pm will be posted out the following business day.
- Free Standard Shipping is offered to all domestic orders over $200 and will be applied at checkout.
- Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 Standard Post per order on all domestic orders under $200.
- Need it ASAP? Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $15
- In partnership with Rendr, we offer same-day delivery for Melbourne Metro customers within a 50km radius of our Hawthorn East dispatch location

RETURNS
At OnceWas, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Full priced returns will be accepted within 14 business days from postage date. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
Please note we do not offer refunds on discounted orders and any order processed with Afterpay or Klarna.
We now offer exchanges if you need to swap sizes.
