At OnceWas, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Full priced returns will be accepted within 14 business days from postage date. Returns after this period will not be accepted.

Please note we do not offer refunds on discounted orders and any order processed with Afterpay or Klarna.

Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for a return or exchange (unless faulty)

We are offering FREE SHIPPING on all EXCHANGES if you need to swap sizes.
