HOW TO ENTER
- Spend over $350 to go into the draw to win this exclusive M/FW prize pack.
- A survey question will appear on your order confirmation screen to all customers who spend over $350 before 3pm on 29th September 2022.
- Simply answer the first question that pops up on your order confirmation screen to let us know if you would like to be entered into the draw.
- You will need to select 'YES' to this question and complete the survey to be eligible.

Entry Terms and Conditions
1. Only customers who have spent over $350 on the OnceWas official website www.oncewas.com.au or at the OnceWas Hawthorn East Styling Studio during the promotion period & have completed the entry question on their order confirmation, will be eligible to enter.
2. The promotion begins on the 12th of September at 5pm and ends Thursday 29th September 2022 at 3pm AEST
3. Winners will be drawn on Thursday 26 September 2022 & contacted via email and Instagram that evening.
Prize Terms and Conditions
- Only orders over $350 that are not returned for a refund (unless an item is found to have a manufacturing defect) will be eligible & if items are returned for refunds that result in the order value dropping below $350, the entrant will no longer be eligible. If items are returned for a refund after the winner is announced resulting in the winner no longer being eligible, the prize will be redrawn.
- All competition entrants must reside in Australia. Winners entering from outside Australia will not be eligible.
- Entrants must be 18 years or over at the time of the entry being completed.
- It is the responsibility of the entrants to ensure that their contact details provided through the Registration Process are correct and to notify OnceWas of any changes to their contact details prior to the date of announcing the Winner.
- Promotion commences and closes on the dates shown. Only the winner will be notified by email and must respond within 48 hours or the prize may be redrawn and will be based on the remaining competition entrants.
- Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
- As the prize includes travel and accommodation it is the responsibility of the winner to notify OnceWas (the prize provider) at least 48 hours before the event if circumstances change and the winner of the prize is unable to attend/participate in the prize.
- Airfare costs will only be covered for interstate winners & the prize only includes the costs detailed in the prize pack. All other costs, transport & travel insurance is the responsibility of the winner/s.
- OnceWas (prize provider) and their related agencies & representatives are not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in the prize (except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law).
- Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image, voice and/or entry in the event they are the Winner (including photography, film and/or recordings of the same) in any media or any media platform for an unlimited period without remuneration being paid or owed to the entrant or any additional compensation for the purpose of promoting the Competition (including any outcome), or promoting any materials manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter or the supplier of the Prize and any related use by the Promoter. The Winner agrees to sign such other documentation as the Promoter may require to confirm these rights.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, or any other social network. You are providing your information to OnceWas and not to any other party.
