This prize is non-transferable and must be redeemed during the OnceWas Fashion Event in May 2025. Flight dates cannot be altered unless arranged independently by the winner, in which case a travel voucher (up to $800) will be issued.

FAQs

To be eligible to participate in the OnceWas Golden Ticket Competition, participants must:

  • Be a resident of Australia.
  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
  • Make a purchase of $350 or more from the OnceWas website during the promotion period.
  • All orders that are refunded or credited will no longer be eligible for the promotion.

The Golden Ticket winner will be notified via email by April 21st and you’ll receive instructions on how to claim your prize.

If you win a Silver or Bronze Ticket, you’ll find the ticket inside your order. Keep your eye out for the lucky tickets as they will have instructions on how to redeem your prize.

Golden Ticket: The winner of the Golden Ticket will be selected randomly from all eligible orders over $350 during the competition period.

Silver & Bronze Tickets: These tickets will also be placed randomly in orders over $350. The winners for these tickets will be chosen at random, and prizes can be claimed immediately upon receipt of the ticket.

Yes! Each order over $350 gives you one entry into the competition. If you place multiple orders over $350, you will have multiple chances to win, as long as each order meets the eligibility requirements.

No additional registration or sign-up is required. Simply place an order over $350, and you’ll automatically be entered into the competition for a chance to win a Golden Ticket, Silver Ticket, or Bronze Ticket.

Golden Ticket Winner: You’ll receive an email with detailed instructions on how to claim your Golden Ticket prize, including any necessary travel arrangements and event details.

Silver & Bronze Ticket Winners: Once you receive your Silver or Bronze Ticket, you can immediately claim your prize by following the instructions provided on your ticket.

Eligibility:

  • Be a resident of Australia.
  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
  • Make a purchase of $350 or more from the OnceWas website during the promotion period.
  • All orders that are refunded or credited will no longer be eligible for the promotion

Silver Ticket: The Silver Ticket wardrobe credit is eligible on full-price items & cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Bronze Tickets: The Bronze Ticket wardrobe gift voucher is eligible for full-price items & excluded accessories. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. These gift vouchers will expire at 11:59 AEDT 30 April 2025.

The competition will end at 11:59 AEDT on 4th April 2025, and the Golden Ticket winner will be announced on the 21st of April 2025.

The Golden Ticket winner will need to confirm and accept the prize before the 28th April 2025, otherwise, the Golden Ticket will be passed onto another participant to claim the prize.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Golden Ticket must be used by the winners and all priare subject to the terms and conditions of the specific prizes.

If a winner does not claim their prize within the specified timeframe, the prize will be forfeited.

For the Golden Ticket, the winner must accept the prize for the event in May 2025 by the specified date. If the Golden Ticket winner cannot attend the event, the Golden Ticket will be passed onto another participant to claim the prize.

For the Silver Ticket, the two winners must accept their prize via email & arrange a time with OnceWas to attend their styling session within the timeframe specified.

For the Bronze Ticket, if the gift voucher is not used within the specified timeframe, the gift voucher will expire and no longer be valid.  

If your order is returned or cancelled, you will no longer be eligible for the competition or any prizes. Only completed, non-returned orders over $350 are eligible for the draw

Terms and Conditions

1. PROMOTER

The promoter of the OnceWas Luxury Ticket Event ("Promotion") is OnceWas ("Promoter"), ABN 46 640 204 084, located at 635 Burwood Road, Hawthorn East, VIC 3123. For any inquiries related to this Promotion, please contact hello@oncewas.com.au.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins at 7:00 AM AEDT on 29 March 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM AEDT on 4 April 2025 ("Promotion Period"). No entries will be accepted outside this period.

3. ELIGIBILITY

  • Be a resident of Australia.
  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
  • Make a purchase of $350 or more from the OnceWas website during the promotion period.
  • All orders that are refunded or credited will no longer be eligible for the promotion.
  • Employees of the Promoter, affiliated agencies, partners, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

  • To qualify, customers must spend $350 or more in a single transaction at OnceWas online (www.oncewas.com.au) during the Promotion Period.
  • Qualified transactions will be automatically entered into the Promotion, and a randomly allocated Silver, or Bronze Ticket may be included in the customer's order.
  • All eligible orders placed during the Promotion Period will be automatically entered into the draw to win the Golden Ticket. The Golden Ticket will be drawn at the end of the campaign to ensure all participants have had a chance to order and qualify. The winner will be announced via email.

5. PRIZES

GOLDEN TICKET (1 Winner)

An all-expenses-paid trip to the OnceWas Private Styling & Fashion Event in May 2025! Prize includes:

  • Return flights (up to $800)
  • Accommodation (up to $450)
  • Transfers (up to $250)
  • Styling session ($500)
  • Outfit for the event (up to $750)
  • Food allowance (up to $250)
  • Total prize value: $3,000 AUD
  • The Golden Ticket winner will be announced via email on 21 April 2025
    The winner must confirm acceptance of the ticket by 28 April 2025 via email. If the winner cannot attend/does not confirm within the specified timeframe, the Golden Ticket will be passed onto another participant to claim
  • Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable.
  • The Golden Ticket must be redeemed in the month of the OnceWas Private Styling & Fashion Event in May 2025.
  • The prize is non-transferable and must be used by the winner.
  • Flight dates cannot be changed unless the winner chooses to handle changes independently, in which case the Promoter will provide a travel voucher equivalent to the allocated flight value ($800). Any additional costs will be the responsibility of the winner.
  • Any orders that are returned or credited will no longer be in the draw to win the Golden Ticket

SILVER TICKET (2 Winners)

Luxury Styling Session with tour Head Designer + $500 OnceWas wardrobe credit to use on the day

  • Prize must be redeemed via email by 21st April 2025. The styling session will be booked on an agreeable date with OnceWas before the end of May 2025.
  • Wardrobe credit to be used on the day. Valid on full price items only.
  • If order is returned or credited, the Silver Ticket experience will no longer be eligible.
  • Total prize value: $1,000 per winner.

BRONZE TICKET (10 Winners)

$100 OnceWas Gift Voucher (10 winners).

  • Gift vouchers must be used by 30 April 2025
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
  • Valid on full price items
    only and excludes accessories & sale items.

TOTAL PRIZE POOL: $6,000 AUD

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

  • Tickets will be randomly placed in orders by the Promoter. Winning tickets cannot be exchanged or transferred.
  • The Golden Ticket Grand Prize Winner will be drawn and notified via email on 21 April 2025.
  • Silver ticket winners will be notified via email by 21st April 2025.
  • Golden Ticket & Silver Ticket winners must claim their prize by responding to the notification by 28 April 2025. Failure to claim will result in forfeiture.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity of participants and disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent behaviour or breaching these Terms & Conditions.
  • Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of any prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

8. PRIVACY

  • By participating, entrants agree to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • Personal information will not be shared with third parties without the entrant’s consent, except as required by law.

9. FORCE MAJEURE
If the Promotion is affected by events beyond the Promoter’s control (e.g., natural disasters, technical malfunctions), the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion without liability.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Participants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
