All sale items are eligible for exchange or can be returned for a credit note only. No refunds are available on sale items unless deemed faulty.

Membership credits, discount codes and loyalty discounts cannot be used on sale items but can be applied to full price purchases.

Yes, we will be offering click and collect for both sale & full price purchases, subject to stock availability at our HQ. Please allow 3-4 business days for your click and collect to be transferred from our warehouse. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection.

Orders placed before 12pm on Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next business day. Our priority is to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible but once orders are dispatched, delivery is subject to Australia post shipping times.

Our sizing is equivalent to the following standard AU sizes and most of our styles are designed to be a regular, relaxed fit:

• SIZE 0 = AU SIZE 6
• SIZE 1 = AU SIZE 8
• SIZE 2 = AU SIZE 10
• SIZE 3 = AU SIZE 12
• SIZE 4 = AU SIZE 14
• SIZE 5 = AU SIZE 16
• SIZE 6 = AU SIZE 18
• SIZE 7 = AU SIZE 20

To assist with sizing, we’ve included key garment measurements of each style under the size fit dropdown on the product pages. We recommend measuring a similar item in your wardrobe and comparing those measurements to the chart to find your best match.

For the bust, waist, and hip measurements:

1. Lay your garment flat, measure straight across from side fold to side fold, then double this measurement.
2. The bust is measured just below the armhole, the waist at the waist seam or narrowest point, and the hip approximately 20 cm below the waist.

If you know your bust, waist, and hip measurements, compare these to the garment measurements, ensuring they are a few centimetres larger than your body measurements for a comfortable fit.
