The FIESTA High Neck Dress in Fiesta Tropico print is a beautiful and elegant knee-length dress that is made from a soft cotton-silk blend, it has a removable belt allowing you to wear it either flowing or cinched in at the waist. This dress features a round neck yoke detailed with contrast binding and soft blouson sleeves into an elastic cuff. You can't go past pairing this dress with your favorite heels or summer sandals for an easy day-to-night look.
