The Rarity Dress is crafted from a lightweight chiffon and features our exclusive Azure Flutter print. This style has flattering cap sleeves that drape beautifully around the arms. The dress is complete with a cross-over v-neck shape and side splits from the knee down to the hem. The back waist seam encases a narrow internal elastic. Wear with or without the removable waist tie. This style comes with a separate blue slip for extra coverage. The straps on the slip are adjustable with the bra sliders.
